Default Christian Hardcore Anybody?

I've started to listen to a whole lot of christian hardcore now. The lyrics are all inspirational and positive. So does anybody else listen to it? My favorite bands in the genre are Haste The Day and As I Lay Dying.

To csav12,
Have you heard of Sky Angel tv and TV "U"?
It's a music channel on Sky Angel devoted to
the "hardcore" genre of Christian music. Don't
care for it so much myself.(Sorry, must be the age thing.)

You might want to check it out.I think they also have a
website.(TVU.com?)

Blessings,

Whitewolf

At this point Im not really playing songs as I am learning chords. I played a littie in high school, and only resendly have started to learn. I'd like to get to the point where I can play blues, metal, and a little country.

Well i learnd how to play metal by playing along with, MetallicA's " And justice for all..." That will help your hyper picking.I dont play any blues, but i do love country. Hank 1,2,and3, Jonny Cash, and many more.

It is not hardcore but Me without You is a really good Christian Band. It's pretty heavy at some parts.

Default HArd Core

I get a small dose of the Hard Core Chrsitian stuff each day as my boys really like it. Haste the Day and others mentioned are their favorites. I am sort of partial to the ones that sound like the Cookie Monster Singing on them.

Check out a band called Of the Son. They're on the same label as my old band.
